"Knocking off a few stars bc it was evident that they tried to upgrade the room flooring, sink, and shower tiles but it was done poorly which made the room feel unclean (leaking caulk now has hair stuck in it, too shallow of a sink pours water all over the counter, wall art is above the bed so all the rest of the walls are bare, worn furniture and unpainted bottom of door)"
