  • Exclusive, remodeled duplex apartment with brand-new furniture—you’ll have everything right at your doorstep in this property, located in the heart of Marbella, right on the waterfront. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on the 7th floor. This east-facing apartment offers ocean views, overlooking the marina and a beachfront location right in the heart of Marbella. It’s close to fine-dining restaurants, bars, shops, and pubs, and just a few blocks from the Old Town.
    The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, and a sitting area; plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with one 180-cm bed, a flat-screen TV, a full private bathroom, and a workspace with a view of the sea.

    🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work.

    ❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and in the living/dining room

    🏊‍ The building has 3 outdoor, unheated swimming pools (including 1 on the terrace), complete with lounge chairs. Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the summer.
