Three bedroom apartment close to Elviria beach

  • Very conveniently located three bedroom apartment right on the beach of Elviria, one of Marbella´s finest beaches. The apartment is located in the complex of Marbella Playa, on the first floor with sea views. The distance to the beach and amenities is maximum 150 meters so you can do everything by foot.



    The area of Elviria has much to offer, there are many restaurants, bars, shops and this is the location of the world famous Nikki beach club. The beach is sandy and wide stretching for 8 kilometers in the direction of Marbella center.



    The complex has a large lagune shaped pool with sunbeds and beautifully landscaped gardens. Underground parking available



    Elviria is a great family area with many top class facilities. It has the best beaches of Marbella and some top golf courses. Also it is home to the famous Nikki beach club and the five star hotels Don Carlos and Estrella del Mar.
