  • Lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex apartment on the 5th floor of Block A in the beachfront Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This bright east-facing apartment enjoys morning sun, and has wonderful views to the sea and the Puerto Deportivo, the Parque de la Constitución, and the mountains guarding Marbella's back. The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops.

    Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with ho, microwave, washing machine, etc.; on the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath.

    🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

Unit was clean and relatively good. It was much smaller than we thought with the tiny kitchen and very cramped. There were a limited number of towels for a 2 week stay and no additional linens. Main problem was no instructions on how to access the tv channels, open the awning, use the washer what other facilities were available. Also the unit was very noisy with no carpets or anything to temper the sounds from the bar and restaurant below, and everyday very noisy leaf blowers and road cleaners. Also the small bedroom is again the wall of another bedroom and you could hear all the noises from next door. The view was lovely and the concierge was helpful, and in good weather the pool area would be lovely.
