New and Stylish ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in amazing location, just 10 minutes walk to the beach, 300 metres to the Hard Rock Hotel, and surrounded by restaurants and bars all within walking distance. This fantastic property has recently (early 2023) been completely renovated and redecorated, providing guests with 5 star accommodation with all comforts. The urbanisation is fully gated and guests have access to a large communal swimming pool and tennis court.
Through the front door guests will find the bedroom and bathroom on the right, the living room and main terrace on the left, and the open plan kitchen and secondary terrace in front. The bedroom provides a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, and individual air conditioning unit (hot and cold). The bathroom has been entirely remodelled, providing a large walk-in shower with beautiful tiling.
The spacious living room is colourful and well furnished, providing a large and comfortable sofa, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and IPTV system (international channels). From the living room guests have direct access onto the covered terrace, furnished with exterior sofa and chairs. All windows of the property are barred and have shutters for security and also to block out any noise at night.
The open plan kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property. Guests will have everything they need should they wish to cook and entertain from their holiday property. From the kitchen there is a private courtyard that the owner has converted into a great alfresco dining area (seating for 4), complete with sail shades and exterior lighting.
Included in the rental is access to the community’s large swimming pool (open seasonally), communal gardens, and tennis court (the communal areas are accessed through the main gate to the urbanisation – a short walk around the outside of the complex).
There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room/kitchen, and strong fibre optic WIFI (300mbps). Free public street parking is available in front of the property (not private and cannot be reserved).
