Good hotel, central location, lovely room (main building) amazing breakfast and stuff , but the welcoming of the reception and especially the kids club is awful. We just walked in the kids club although tehre was only 1 child nobody welcomed us or said hello. No body introduce us to the environment or any information is given. Was very bad, untidy, unattended service we received.

Just got back from the Nobu Hotel Marbella. we had the most amazing holiday experience from arrival to checkout. The staff in reception and hospitality were very kind and considerate and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I booked all restaurants through WhatsApp with the Guest experience team before we arrived in Marbella. We were upgrade to connecting suites and free breakfast in the Chiringuito restaurant, which is on the beach with stunning views. The menu had so many healthy options and the food and service was spot on. 3 lovely pools to choose from and many options for dining around the hotel, Our favourites was the Nobu restaurant, closely followed by the Thai, Serafina and Sea Grill. hotel is surrounded by lush tropical walkways which lead to the beach and restaurants. the beach is lovely and you can walk for miles in both directions with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The old town Marbella and Puerto Banus are both within a taxi ride and easy to get too for a night out, shopping, sightseeing or the beach clubs. one of our most relaxing holidays. We look forward to going back.

This place is like its own little city. You really don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. Every single dining option is top notch. The food and drinks are absolutely outstanding. Zero disappointments. The convenience of being able to walk back to your room a few meters after a day or night of drinking is top. You really cant ask for more. The service is spectacular and the concierge is happy to organize all of your reservations for you. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back on a yearly basis I truly fell in love with Marbella because of Nobu Hotel.

A poorly ran hotel, by an unprofessional staff led to mass confusion and disappointment. This hotel is “inside” of another hotel. No rooms have sea view because the ocean is probably 300 meters away from your room. A very long walk up and down. The pools are broken down into 4 small pools, so instead of 1 nice pool, you have 4 small mediocre ones. None of them offer complimentary water. They charge you €7 to have a drink of water at a pool. Any issue brought to the staff was met with rudeness, at one point they just wouldn’t respond. If anyone goes here and thinks it’s a wonderful hotel, i would say they haven’t been to an actual nice hotel or resort, because this is definitely not one.

Great hotel but unbearable noise
The hotel was great but the noise levels were unbearable. I’m not sure why there isn’t proper noise cancellation from the plaza below or the corridors. We stayed for three nights and even with a room change, found it impossible to sleep soundly. The staff did give us earplugs, but even with that- it was noisy!

If you want to be pampered, come here!
My wife had an accident prior to our trip and had to use a wheel chair. We failed to tell this to the hotel and yet they accommodated us amazingly well. Absolutely everybody in the staff was friendly, from the reception to the restaurants to the beach staff. Besides this, the facilities are fantastic, their food is of the highest quality, our room was comfortable and shining clean. I can't say enough.

Nobu as it should be
Guest experience team are simply great. They know who you are, your room and your agenda. Helpful with advance reservations and adjustments in a very highly sort after area. Nobu hotel and facilities are worth the extra money.

For a 5 star hotel, the service was very average and the hotel rooms were extremely loud (you can hear the music and feel the bass from outside). We were finally moved to another hotel within the complex (not Nobu) after waiting 2 hours for be moved, reception did not call back and we had to go to reception several times. Not worth the price.
