Beautiful ground floor apartment with large terrace and private garden located in well-known residence Los Monteros Palm Beach. The complex offers two large swimming pool areas with sun loungers, manicured gardens, 24 hours security and direct access to the best beaches of eastern Marbella and sand dunes (ecological reserve - Dunas de Marbella). Famous Trocadero Arena beach restaurant as well as kitesurf and windsurf facilities only 5 minutes stroll along the boardwalk. Marbella is only a 30 minutes walk away along the beach.



This spacious house consists of 3 large bedrooms, all ensuite, with king size beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Large living room with comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and dining table for 6 persons. The apartment benefits from recently refurbished large terrace that offers sitting and dinning areas, gas BBQ and couple of loungers in the sunny private garden. From the terrace you have direct access to the large swimming pool area that never crowded. To another swimming pool area with direct access to the beach, broad walk and beach restaurant takes approx 5 minutes walk from the apartment.



The property offers all the comfort you need for perfect and relaxed stay! High quality beds, plenty wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen to prepare the meals, air conditioning throughout and fast Wi-Fi. All the windows have shutters for extra security.



The urbanization Los Monteros Palm Beach situated in exceptional location right on the beachside in La Reserva de Los Monteros, just east of Marbella centre. The area is in high demand due to it’s attractive sandy beaches and proximity to Marbella. It has great views of the protected area of sand dunes and sea.

Perfect Holiday

Beautiful home in a fabulous location. Extremely clean and very well presented. Very comfortable and relaxing for the whole family. Two fabulous pools in the complex and direct access to the beach. Host very welcoming and helpful, recommended some great restaurants. Would stay in this wonderful home again, quite lovely & very accessible to town and shops.
