Wonderful location, great property, great host

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Unit is in a wonderful location close to the old town and a good grocery store, all walkable. Would stay here again.

Perfect rental!

Our stay was fabulous! Location was excellent and close to everything. Huge terrace for sunset, lots of amenities. Great separation of bedrooms and bathrooms giving privacy. Bathrooms could use an update but otherwise fantastic! We would definitely go back!

Spectacular terrace

The highlight is the view from the large rooftop terrace. Location is also excellent. The accommodations are very comfortable. No shortage of English tv channels. A most enjoyable stay.

An incredible property, an incredible host

A friend and I spent a week at this property and can’t say enough about incredible our stay was. We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset. Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring. I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella.

Fantastic location and and an amazing patio for everyone to gather

We loved everything about this apartment. Lots of room for everyone and the patios is the show stopper! We spent most of our time relaxing on the couches on the patio , love the loungers, and our breakfast at the patio table every morning. The apartment has everything you would need and in perfect condition

We had a wonderful week in the apartement. It has a perfekt location close to the beach, but also just a short walk to Marbella old town. The apartement was clean and tidy, and all Communication with both owner and management was very easey.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location

Had a fabulous week in this very comfortable apartment which is so close to the beach, restaurants, Old Town and shops. The verandah is large with amazing views of the mountains behind Marbella and the sea! Peter was very helpful with the check in process and punctual. Beds very comfortable, well kitted out kitchen and nice clean bathrooms. We will book again.

Marbella by the sea

The property was as pictured. The location to the sea and Old Town was fantastic! I only have one suggestion and that is I prefer to not have owner’s personal belongings in the vanities and cupboards I would definitely recommend the property and hopefully will revisit

Penthouse at Torre Marina Marbella

Great location and superb accommodation with an extensive terrace with flexible, shady areas. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Close proximity to some great beach clubs (Amare and Soleo) and the bars and restaurants along the prom and in the old town. Torre Marina building is well kept and all residents are friendly as is the concierge. We weren’t disappointed on our 3rd stay - to be recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice Fall vacation

The apartment is well equipped and everything was clean. There were two of us with my daughter and there was enough space to spend time together and everyone could also withdraw. The terrace is very large and you have a beautiful all-round view. The apartment is in a great location, in a few steps you are at the sea, in the old town of Marbella and also shopping facilities are just around the corner. As it is a city apartment, you can hear the traffic passing below. The key handover and delivery of the apartment was super easy and the explanations from Lisa were very nice and all valuable. Thanks for having us.

Perfect location, well appointed with large terrace which gets sun all day.

First class property - well appointed in a great location with tremendous views.Terrace gets sun all day and there is plenty of optional shade. 60" TV with U.K. Channels and kitchen very well equipped. Cath the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely book again!

wonderful stay

This was an amazing end to our Spain vacation. The unit is nicely furnished with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and we spent HOURS sitting on the decks and enjoying the beautiful Marbella weather. Cath (the owner) was so responsive and she is well served by an excellent and attentive local management company. You really can't go wrong with this lovely unit.

Exceeded our expectations!

This apartment is beautiful and the terraces are spectacular! The location could not be better. Easy walk to Old Town and the ferry to Puerto Banus. Communication with the owner Cath was always immediate and check in with Bennett was quick and efficient. We won't hesitate to book again when our travels bring us to the Costa del Sol!

Family vacation in Marbella

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this apartment!! The balcony overlooking both the city and the Mediterranean Sea was amazing and perfect for happy hour as well as enjoying the AM sunrise! The communication leading up to our check-in was perfect with excellent response from the owner. The location to the beaches as well as the old city (plaza de los naranjos) made this apartment a perfect location in Marbella. Thank you for the memories!!

frontline penthouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect to access Marbella itself and the Old town just a short walk away . The views from the terrace were excellent and not overlooked were there is loads of seating area to have a chill a drink or two and take in the views . Another major plus , was you have your own secure parking space in the underground carpark with a lift straight up to your apartment.! Overall we really enjoyed our break and would definately return .

Fantastic apartment

Great view just like in the pictures. The patio is amazing! Beds were comfortable, had all the essentials to be able to cook a meal, washing machine was great. Some kinks in the communication in the check-in process as far as dates and number of people in our party. But with great communication were able to clarify it all. Some better instructions on how to operate the AC would have been helpful.

Highly recommended apartment

Fantastic location so close to the old town, beach,supermarket etc. Apartment was great for our family of 2 teenage girls my husband and I having a nice feel with nice finishes. The only thing that would have been better for us would be a proper shower in upstairs bathroom rather than one over the bath, but it is only a minor issue!!

Fantastic location

The apartment was amazing the only downside for me was one room is far more luxurious than the other so we had to flip a coin for it! The location is amazing 5 minutes walk to the right and you are in the beautiful old town 5 minutes to the left your in the night life. Fantastic! We ate out every night and had amazing food every time. Would love to go back soon!

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I spent a week at this lovely apartment. Fantastic rap around balcony/ verandah with stunning location/ views. Whilst the apartment ( especially location) is hard to beat, I would have to say even better than the apartment is the people you deal with. Cath ( owner) is so accommodating and sincere, and Peter (local agent) is an absolute gent. One downside, We didn't stay longer.

Great view and location

My family and I stayed 10 days in this perfect apartment. The terrasse is amazing. This penthouse on the 11th floor of a building has a great view of the mountains, city, water and sunset! I could telework on this terrasse for ever! When you go out of the building you are on the boardwalk/beach and 3 corners from the old town with its great restaurants and shops! The apartment is well equiped, quiet, clean and the communication with Catherine was A1. I highly recommend this place.

Fab from start to finish

Apartment was great, lovely and clean and spacious. Balcony was fab as views were great and the space was plentiful. Communications before during and after with Cath were helpful and prompt. We loved it so much we are sorting out dates for next year to book again. Definitely would recommend a visit as position was just right and beach area 2 minute walk and not as busy as further down. Cab to Puerto Banus was approx €14

Marbella Central

With views over Marbella Old Town and the beach from the spacious terrace on the 11th floor, this location is as perfect as it gets to observe the sun rise and set and to marvel at Spanish parking practices at street level below. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are well-appointed, with a realistic lounge area to support. The kitchen is small, functional and well equipped. The provided car parking space is an added bonus. Internet and TV facilities are amongst the best we have experienced in Spain. The building security is very good, with the concierge supportive if required, as is the managing agent.
