This Beach house is perfect for the escapes from the crazy paced city life. Up in the mountains in a lush and rural ambiance ,this cute and comfortable 1 bedroom cottage is on a lot of 1900m2 and has a construction of 64 m2.

Clean and isolated property, perfect to be safe and quite.

Walking distance to Club House with Pool.

Ideal location for Hiking and MTB.

Additional guests are not charged. They can use tents or sleeping bags / extra mattress.

Car is required.

Close to beautiful beaches such as San Juanillo, Junquillal, Pithaya, Avellanas, Ostional, Nosara y Tamarindo.

Located in the hills for the freshness ,nature and peaceful lifestyle yet only a few kms away from the little town and the famous surf beach of Marbella.

Marbella is a small village in a rural area located close to one of the most consistent surf spots on the pacific coast of Costa Rica. Located on Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world's Blue Zones.

The house has a kitchen and living area in one ,bathroom and a spacious terrace area to enjoy the great outdoors.There is a mezzanine area that can be used as a second bedroom area.

The house was designed with fabulous natural ventilation and light.

no hot water no internet, no cell phone service, no tv, no wash machine LOTS OF BUGS, spiders, scorpians, snakes no conveniences close by need a good 4 wheel drive poor water drainage on property in rainy season

Peaceful and beautiful

Paul and I really enjoyed our stay at 27 Rutas del Sol. We think it was great value and so private. A couple of suggestions, we had to go out and buy a floor towel for the bathroom for our showers. The screens in the house could all use some repairing. The shelves and cupboards were full of termite dust and everything was really dusty and there was a 68$ cleaning fee which I didnt feel was warranted. However, for the price we paid we were grateful for what we got. The house is spacious, the kitchen has most things needed for cooking. The outdoor shower was great. Our favorite part was the pool and club house space, really amazing and beautiful spot. The gardens, pool and building were stunning and if was so peaceful to spend our mornings there. Thanks Saul.

privacy galore

Country setting with tons of privacy. House has the basics of what you might need. Beautiful community pool area right next door! You can hear and see monkeys near the property. Owner was excellent with correspondences. Although it's a long trip to the nearest town with groceries, etc, with some fairly rough dirt roads, it is a pretty drive through Guanacaste to get to the property!
