Great apartment, easy and close access to the beach. We had a car, and the cellar parking facility was important due to difficult and expensive parking elsewhere in the vicinity. The staff was freindly and attendant at arrival, and check-out was easy with key drop-off. The apartment and location exceeded our expectations based on the website, Close enough to the sea to hear the waves. Not a far walk to a great grocery store, open every day to 2am. The beds were a little hard for me, but not so hard that I lost any sleep. The kitchen was well equipped, and making food «at home» was easy. Thank you Banus Rentals for a fantastic stay.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to the Port, restaurants and bars. The grounds are beautifully kept and the swimming pool is small but clean. The view from the main balcony of the sea and the whole bay is perfect for evening chilling with a coffee or something stronger. Definitely recommend a stay here.

It has every thing you could possibly need, a home from home and is extremely well located, no need to hire a car unless you want to venture further afield. Apartment 316 is a modern, stylish, well maintained property, equipped with every home comfort. It is perfectly located, an easy walk to shops and restaurants, but away from the noise of central Banus. Thanks to Elena and Silvia the check-in/check-out procedures went smoothly and they were very friendly, offering help if needed. We are already booked to go again.
