The location is exceptional, facing south with direct sea views. You won’t need air conditioning, and in winter you'll enjoy central heating. The apartment offers private high-speed Wi-Fi.



You’ll have access to all building amenities. Parking is communal and shared, so a spot cannot be guaranteed at all times, nor is there a fixed space for each apartment. Whenever possible, the host tries to reserve a free spot before your arrival, but subsequent availability depends on the communal parking. As it’s a very central area, most attractions are easily reachable on foot. There’s also a public parking lot nearby offering special rates for multi-day stays.



The pool is open in summer, from June 15th to September 15th, with a lifeguard. Please check before arrival, as dates may change. There’s a grassy area ideal for sunbathing.



The nearby pedestrian promenade is peaceful, though sometimes there’s music from the beach restaurants. No car needed: you can play golf, tennis, paddle, go to the gym, and enjoy water sports close by. Bus stops are very near.



The apartment is fully equipped with towels, bed linens, kitchenware, small appliances, and a washing machine. Enjoy a seaside stay and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
