Due to the location of the apartment a car is not necessary as you are directly on the paseo of Marbella between the 2 ports, adjacent to Av. Severo Ochoa & a stones-throw from the historic old town with its enchanting side streets & the famous "orange square".
The apartment also benefits from a rooftop swimming pool (seasonal & unheated), with fabulous views of the Mediterranean coast and beyond, Morocco & Gibraltar.
We are delighted to highlight some of the key features of our lovely apartment.
