Located on the seafront of Marbella, this holiday apartment is 2 minutes walk to the beach, with easy access to the Paseo Maritimo, the Fishing Port, and the Marina.

The apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture and a covered terrace, providing a breathtaking view of the sea and sunset. This spacious area is ideal for hosting gatherings with friends and family.

The 130 m² apartment comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Each bedroom features individual air conditioning and is equipped with a double bed. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom.

The living room amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels and air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all modern amenities.

The property also offers access to a shared rooftop outdoor area, which features a large swimming pool.

On the ground floor, guests can conveniently access a mini-supermarket. Furthermore, a hospital is located within a 100-meter radius.
