The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all modern appliances.



You have access to a shared rooftop area with a large pool open from Easter to November 1st. A mini-market is available on the ground floor. A hospital is less than 100 meters away.



The building has an elevator for step-free access. A private, secure, free parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. Airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra charge. On request, a baby cot and high chair with cutlery are provided free of charge. Late check-in from 10 p.m. to midnight is available for an extra charge. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited.
