The Large Marbella Del Mar apartment, situated in Marbella, offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. This newly renovated 165 m² furnished apartment is located in a charming urbanization with direct access to the promenade and beach. It provides a tranquil environment suitable for families and friends, conveniently close to shops, bars, and restaurants.



The spacious living room balcony, oriented to the southeast, overlooks the fishing port and the beach, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere ideal for entertaining. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with ample wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed, open onto their own balconies. Each room is equipped with individual air conditioning and heating units.



A new, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar extends into a modern and comfortable living/dining room. This area includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, air conditioning, and a library corner.



A shared outdoor area, comprising two fenced swimming pools (adult and children), is situated within lush tropical gardens and features an outdoor shower. The building is equipped with an elevator, ensuring a step-free interior. Free private and secure parking space with direct access to the apartment is included.



A shuttle service from/to the airport or train station is available for an extra fee. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair with cutlery are available free of charge. A late check-in service from 10 pm to 6 am is available for an extra fee. The property boasts a step-free interior, generously sized doors, and wide windows equipped with electric blinds, ensuring easy access and comfort. Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience. Parties are strictly prohibited.
