The 90 m² property comprises a living room equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV featuring streaming services, international channels, and central A/C.

From the living room and dining area, you will access a furnished open terrace, perfect for socializing and dining outdoors.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. The flat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom.
