    Bright one-bedroom apartment, 100 m from the beach and 800 m from Puerto Banús



    The apartment is located in the Río Verde area, in a residence with two swimming pools, including one for children.



    Thanks to its location, you can enjoy Puerto Banús on foot: beach clubs, bars, restaurants, luxury shops and beach. For shopping, supermarkets such as Lidl are located 10-15 minutes' walk away.



    Fully renovated, the apartment has one bedroom, a shower room with washing machine and an open-plan kitchen leading into the living room. Please note, there is no dishwasher.



    Parking: parking spaces on the street are reserved for residents.

    For your comfort, we provide a WELCOME PACK with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel and soap, 1 roll of toilet paper as well as a few coffee capsules. These products are NOT RENEWED during your stay.

Ideale Wohnung für zwei in bester Lage

wunderbare, saubere und großzügige Wohnung in bester Meereslage. Wir haben die Wochen dort in jeder Hinsicht sehr genossen. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche war unglaublich gut bestückt, Sitzmöbel und Licht waren sehr zu loben. Nach wenigen Schritten war man an der Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren reichlich gegeben. Danke, dass wir diese Wohnung mieten durften!

What a fantastic apartment

I really do have to praise the quality of this apartment. It is beautifully fitted out with crisp designer furniture and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect being both very close to the beach and the harbour. We will certainly be booking it again. Thank you it made our holiday
