14 - Apartment on the Golf of Santa Maria

Beautiful apartment in Elviria, near the clubhouse of Santa Maria. Two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large covered terrace with views of the sea, the golf course and the hills. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, its generous dimensions will allow you to spend a comfortable stay. The commercial area of Elviria with its supermarkets and restaurants, is about 2 km away, and the beach at the same distance.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !



We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.
