There is absolutely no pets and no smoking in the house, if this rule is broken you will be charge an extra $200 for deep cleaning of the house.
If any of the house rules are broken, you will be subject to removal without a refund for the remaining of the rental.
The Kayak paddle board are for the use of our guests as an added bonus. If they become unavailable or break, you would not be entitle to any refund
