Just a couple miles away from “town,” you feel as though you are nestled away in your own home away from home. The house offers an open layout perfect for hosting guests, multiple families, or family reunions with a total of 3,200 sq/ft of living area. The living room, overlooking the ocean, has enough seating for 12 guests plus an extra “breakfast nook” to help you feel right at home. The ten-foot-high ceilings extend throughout the house and into the Master Suite which includes a fireplace and walk-in closet, and a luxurious Master Bath.

The downstairs bedrooms include one queen bedroom, a room with two full beds, and the third is the Master Suite with a king. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king and one queen bedroom.

There is no boat dock on the property. The water is very shallow on the flats with a very soft bottom, it is not recommended launching kayaks or paddleboards at this property.  There are nearby marinas and public ramps.  Or we can set you up with a guide.
