"We stayed at this house 5 days for Thanksgiving weekend 2025 and it was the perfect choice for a large group of 16 people. There's plenty of room for hanging out & sleeping. Two huge living areas with TV's, bedrooms have TV's, enough bathrooms that it won't be an issue and lots of space for eating. The outside pool area was so fun, well taken care of & the hot tub came in handy on those cold nights after exploring Big Bend all day. We used the propane BBQ grill and firepit with no issues. There's swings and lots of room for the kids to run around. My nephew loved the house so much, he cried when we left each day to go in to the park. I can't recommend this place enough, you will love it! A few notes for future guest:It's two houses that share the courtyard area, pool & hot tub. Privacy is not an issue, we barely saw the other family and there is plenty of room. Its about an hour driver to Panther Junction. Easy drive, be careful at night, lots of dear. We went in to the park every day, no issues. There is an immigration car check point between the house and park entrance, you must stop on the way out the park. There are plenty of towels, blankets, utensils, plates, cooking supplies, hair dryers and most stuff you need is there. The grocery store French Co which is about two blocks away has everything you need for the stay. If you just want to eat out every day, you can, plenty of options & even open on thanksgiving day so it shouldn't be an issue to get food."
