"My experience at Wyndham Quito was the absolute best. I been around the world to different Wyndham hotels and this is the only place that I can experiment this 5 star level of customer service. 1-getting the upgrade to the business suite is always a nice treat after a long trip. And the room is always amazing. Soft and yet firm beds and amazing shower pressure 2-Drinks-Javier has been such an amazing host. He remember me from every trip and he immediately knew my drink choice -Security-I always feels safe. There is always people watching over your safety and confort. "

"I enjoy staying here when I can, but they are currently renovating the breakfast dining room. This meant using a smaller restaurant and the buffet area was a bit cramped. Half of the hot items were cold, not just luke warm which was disappointing. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows."

"Well-located hotel with a pretty courtyard , rooftop terrace and historical significance. Amenities basic (just soap shampoo and towels) but the shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast also basic but well balanced with fresh fruit, fresh juice, bread, eggs and sometimes humitas. They offered upon arrival complimentary wine as Expedia VIP perk which was nice (some VIP hotels don't remember to recognize it). Staff were helpful to store my medicine in the hotel fridge and book a ride to the airport (who showed up on time). One downside, noise control. It's very quiet generally but since the rooms face the court yard when the reception phone rings any time of day it echos. There was a tour group staying there that met for a departure briefing in the courtyard at 5:30 am and we could hear everything. I don't know what the hotel can do other than to call for courtesy. Overall, id definitely stay again."

"Staff helpful. Room wonderful. Jacuzzi a delightful touch. Breakfast was fine but the orchid n flower tour was fabulous. Just wish there wasn’t construction going on. Great place. Stay here when you go to mindo area. You’ll be more than satisfied"

"This place is so peaceful and its setting can’t be more relaxing. Our room was big, clean and had an amazing view of the forest. We were able to walk around and check out the river, the butterfly sanctuary and did a little bit of exploring. The restaurant has a great variety of food. Breakfast is really good, everything with no exception is homemade! I can’t say enough good things about the staff! They play a big role on why this place feels peaceful, I felt at ease and very comfortable here, thanks Angel and Brian for being so attentive, welcoming and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back soon!"
