    "The room was spacious for my mom and I who had 4 suitcases. Front desk team were friendly and helpful. Unlike their host at the restaurant who didn’t seem to understand English properly when I asked twice when will the cafe area be available after the booked event. She didn’t seem to understand what I was asking which she had to use her phone to translate which again was the same answer as her verbal response"
