Best Western Maple Ridge Hotel
Both the sink and tub drains were slow. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, no screen in the window. Children above us were jumping on the floor at 5am. Serviceable enough for a single nights stay but will look for somewhere else or drive a little further for something better.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. . The rooms in the back, are quiet but overlooks to houses. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy.
