Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire basement suite, with a private entrance separate from the upstairs unit.
The front yard and driveway are shared, but you’ll have your own clearly marked parking spots and private entryway.

We give guests full privacy, but we’re always just a message away if you need anything during your stay.

- Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture

- Absolutely no gatherings or visitors that are not listed in the booking. This condo is for quiet, overnight stays only.

- This is a residential building, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of the residents who live here.

- Avoid cooking foods with strong odors.

- All areas of our property must be kept clean, undamaged, and the neighbors undisturbed.
