"I reserved a room with a balcony, only to be told that balconies are for rooms with kitchens! That was not stated in the room choices I was given! My room, was an axtension to another room. Thte occupants in that room had access to the balcony but continually smoked, which made me sick, and we couldnt keep the window opened because of that,along with all their noise while out there. I was told there were no other rooms available, unless I paid extra for an upgraded room! And there is no hot tub. No microwave either! I just wasnt up for an argument because of the long travel so I just kept that darn room. The underground garage was very tight going to the lower level parking area for my Nissan Armada. Overall it think it was a false advertisement to say the room comes with a balcony!"

"Toilet was plugged our second night there, the staff member on was no help and told me that "it was late to call maintenance." (was roughly 830pm). I then asked if there was a different room we could move into (as I have 3 young kids), no hotel was "sold out." Finally I asked for a plunger, and worked it out on my own. Would not stay here again. "
