We Love Huckleberry House, It Was Our Third Stay

This house feels like home and she shift into relax mode immediately. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great deck, bonus hot shower outside to wash the dog and our feet after beach time. The staff is superb. We'll be back again next year!

One of the best!

Such a great house. Open floor plan, fabulously stocked and appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. And Oh. So. Clean. Great space. No view of the ocean, but an easy walk. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful weekend and we will rent again.

The open design and decor of Huckleberry House was welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The house and the yard felt larger than expected. The huckleberry bushes provided screening for sitting on the covered porch. We liked the sitting area around the fire-pit and the covered grill area. Beds were comfortable; kitchen well-equipped; plus the cross ventilation from all the windows was exceptional. Thanks for a great stay. I appreciate the staff changing the entrance code for an hour early checkin when we arrived.

Fantastic home, would stay again

This home was lovely for our two night getaway to Manzanita. We love to cook and this kitchen had absolutely everything and more. Really appreciated how thoughtfully clean the entire home (and outdoor area were). The outdoor fire pit ring was just perfectly nestled in the shrubs/trees and you could hear the distant waves crashing. The side road which leads to the beach was extremely rough/ in need of repair - though if you’re down to walk no issue. Had not heard of Manzanita Beach Getaway before but will def book through them again - it just felt like every detail was thought through and delivered wonderfully. Thank you!

Woman questioning who we were

Really enjoyed our stay only problem some woman came roaming around on the phone, I finally asked if anything wrong. She questioned who I was, was there a fire, do I rent. I explained I was renting and you supplied the wood (I paid for) to have a fire, can’t believe that is the first time they have smelt a fire at the beach. Will call her Karen but I don’t think I should have to explain my occupancy of a vacation rental, because of a fire in a fire pit.
