Hemlock Heights is a beautiful custom-built home on a quiet side street in north Manzanita.



This two-story home has tall ceilings and vaulted ceilings on the upper level. Hemlock Heights has a comprehensive open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and enjoying great conversation without lacking privacy. The spacious living room and kitchen are perfect for hosting your vacation with friends and family. Designed with tasteful yet comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace to keep you warm. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom stone countertops, and a large island with bar stools. It would be a cook's dream to host the perfect meals here.



The primary bedroom is just down the hall from the living/kitchen area. The primary bedroom is spacious, with a king-size bed, desk, and seating area. The bedroom is a quiet space to work if you have to, with a large walk-in closet to store your belongings. The spacious en-suite bathroom has beautiful solid quartz countertops and a 1-piece shower/tub combo.



Located on the entry-level are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a unique, custom-built set of XL Full sized bunk beds. The second bedroom on this level has a luscious king bed and a large closet to store your travel luggage, including those flip-flops!



Enjoy the hot tub under cover after a long day at the beach! Turn on the jets and enjoy this relaxing time to reflect on your day. Hemlock Heights has everything you need to make a perfect vacation. Hemlock Heights is sure to be a favorite for many! No pets allowed, please.

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.



Getting Around:

No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.

We are here when you need us! We can be reached during office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. We also have an after hours team for those things that can not wait till the next day.

So nice

We loved this home and would love to go back! It was clean and very well kept. The big back deck was nice to sit and listen to the ocean and the squirrels chatter. Only thing we would change is the mattress' in the bunk room. They are not very comfortable, even the teens who can sleep anywhere had a hard time.

Great house

Our family stayed here for three nights in November and had a great stay. The beds are super comfortable (our daughter loved the built in bunk beds), the kitchen is well equipped, and there are lots of games and puzzles available. There is lots of natural light on the main floor with a small peek at the ocean (you can hear the waves) and the deck looked great though we didn't use it given the time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spotless, well stocked home!

The home was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway! Everything was spotless, modern and comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare a large feast and the fireplace added cozy comfort. The entire house was so well supplied, including a huge variety of board games and more than enough towels for the bath, kitchen and hot tub. Manzanita Beach Getaway is top notch in their communication and assistance! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway !!

Absolutely LOVE this house!!! Great floor plan and amenities for families with young kids all the way to teens. Well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and 3 block walk to town and the beach. Our only feedback would be to add a puzzle or two to the game cabinet. We will be back!!

House on the hill

The house was nice and clean and very well appointed, but it was 90-100 degress over the 4th and no AC. I don't really expect AC at a beach house on the Oregon coast, but it was very difficult to air the house out in the evenings. The high ceilings trapped the hot air and the ceiling fans did nothing. There is no space around the house to sit outside, other than the sloped gravel driveway or in the carport. The deck faces east into the forest, which is odd, given the ocean is south and the house is on a south facing hill. Also, the deck furniture is low quality fake plastic adirondack chairs that are very uncomfortable. If spending time outside, soaking up the salt air is important to you, this is not the property for you. Lastly, the only other issue was the hot water. It would take forever to get hot water and the water pressure/shower head was so restricted my wife couldn't get enough flow to wash her hair. Other than those specific issues, the property is well appointed and very clean. My wife particulary liked the mattress in the master and my kids said the bunks were very comfortable.

We all loved this spacious clean home. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet (even over 4th of July) and friendly. It was not far from the ocean or Main Street. We would definately recommend this home to others.

Great manzanita getaway

Very good house for two families of four. We appreciated the two king beds and all four kids loved the bunk room. The house was well equipped and well decorated.
