podria ser mejor

despues de el dia de entrada no limpiaron habitaciones, hasta el tercer dia. y nunca cambiaron toallas, que hasta que entre otro huesper se cambian, (duramos 3 noches) los jardines alberca todo muy bien limpio, confortable. pero si no te gusta caminar ni vallas todo son puras escaleras todo el dia.

NO ES UN HOTEL, se trata de un condominio con diferentes dueños y las habitaciones están en muy mal estado. Las fotografías parecen ser de los 80s porque no corresponden a lo que realmente hay en ese lugar. No hay WIFI disponible y la persona de recepción no puede ayudar en casi nada

Buen lugar si no te importa subir y bajar

Muy buenas atenciones de recepción y personal de limpieza, pero las instalaciones muy antiguas y sobre todo complicada la logística de subir y bajar con el vehículo.

When we arrived, there was no one at reception. We were told at the restaurant to come baxk in 15 minutes, the fellow at reception had left for personal reasons. Half hoir later we che ked in. In our room, the remote batteries for the tv were dead, the shower did not drain, the fawcets were near impossible to turn and the patio door frame was falling off. We mentioned this a to the receptionist when we left.

Arreglar camino a hotel y acceso a playa

Hotel bonito y limpio, buena vista. Lo que no me gustó el camino para llegar, muy alejado de carretera. Y aunque muy cerca de playa, difícil acceso para personas mayores, ya que después del puente está muy feo para bajar.

Lugar agradable.

El lugar es muy bonito, el condo tal cual esta en la foto. Las personas empleadas muy atentas. El único detalle es que no hay Internet disponible y no se específica especialmente ahora que se puede trabajar a distancia. La playa es muy hermosa y estaba muy limpia.

En la publicidad se ve muy bonito. Lo único bonito son los jardines. No es un hotel son renta de condominios. No hay un responsable. La alberca que parece un río dicen está fracturada y que depende de todos los condóminos su reparación. La cocina tiene muy pocos trastes. El drenaje de la regadera tapado. Partes sin pintar que dan muy mal aspecto. No hay internet. Y para ir a la playa está muy complicado. Además es una playa saturadisima de gente y restaurantes. No regresaría al hotel.

No hay servicio de limpieza diaria , lo hacen a ka hora que ellos quieren y molestan la privacidad, porque lo hacen estando uno en ka avitacion, ni cambio de sababas, ni toallas, la limpieza es por ensima, no ponen javon , ni shampoo solo a la llegada, solo una pieza, no hay servicio de internet, restaurant es caro por platillo.

When we checked in. No One knew about our reservation, we had to pay cash until hey figured things out when we got to our room AC doesn’t work room was smelly and not clean, they tried to find another room but A/C didn’t work either…we couldn’t stay, we just moved to a different hotel, bad experience. I hope they refund me because it wasn’t our fault. Not going back, and I won’t recommend this to anyone.

Agradable la estancia.

Todo fue muy agradable, el personal muy amable, la limpieza buena, el ingreso al hotel en vehículo complicado, llegue en taxi y me dejo en la boquita, cargando maletas es dificil llegar al hotel, el estacionamiento lejos de la habitación y había que caminar, no apto para adultos mayores.

El colchon de las camas ya deben ser renovados son muy rigidos y da la impresion que son viejos, en la oferta mencionaban una cama individual adicional al preguntar mencionan que es la sala la cual NO es sofa cama y no me parecio correcto, el restaurant muy bien al igual que las albercas, la playa esta un poco retirada y tienes que caminar unos 10 minutos

El estacionamiento está abajo de las villas así que tienes que caminar, llegamos después de las 7 y nos dieron las llaves pero no nos cobraron una recepción muy manual y fue el velador, al día siguiente se acercó alguien a la Alberca y nos dijo que si podíamos pasar a pagar, me cobraron 200 pesos mas de lo que establecía el costo en mi reservacion.

esta en excelentes condiciones el área del alberca y el condominio. Deben especificar que no hay tiendas cerca para comprar agua y alimentos. El aseo de la habitación no lo realizaron, ya que es condominio pero nosotros pensamos que era un hotel. En general nos sentimos muy bien pues esta muy lindo el lugar.

Great place with a few hickups.

Palma Real Hotel is very secluded and provides with beautiful views of Manzanillo and the ocean. It has access to La Boquita via a bridge from the mountain side over the river and on to the beach. The pools are also very nice and clean, and the rooms/studios are all the same so if you see a picture of one then you have seen them all. The only down side to our stay was that there was not hot water to shower with. We called the front desk and where told they would take a look but no one came by. Since we had kids with us that was a big deal but for adults we could have dealt with it for the trade off of the rest of the hotel. Also, no wifi nor free breakfast and its on a mountain side, so lots of stairs and hill climbs.

Es un lugar cómodo, me gustó su piscina ya que tiene buen tamaño, las areas verdes, la atención y todo genial. Lo único fue que se hiciero dos reservaciones por error y tube que pagar $300 por la cancelacion de la una de ellas, lo cual me parece extraño pues no paso mi tarjeta de credito la primera vez qud reserve, y en la segunda reservación la hice con debito y fue aceptada. Pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Buena estancia a un precio bajo

Recomendable para un presupuesto bajo, áreas comunes muy bien cuidadas pero bastante escaleras, habitaciones limpias, servicio de restaurante bastante básico y precio alto, acceso a la playa rápido pero no muy cómodo, buenas vistas panorámicas y muy buen trato del personal. Salvo los malos olores de los baños continuos al restaurante, todo aceptable.

En general la experiencia fue excelente, con las debidas situaciones: 1. considerar que no es hotel al 100 tiene Villas. 2. el servicio de restaurante no es el mejor, se esmeran en ello, pero no es lo mejor. 3. Tenian parte de la alberca en reparación pero siempre estuvo limpia el área. 4. el mobiliario de alberca ya denota sus años. 5. las vistas son espectaculares. 6. la atención es amable.
