Casa Iris - Gated community with pool, Tv, wifi, beach 5 min away, 4 Air 3 baths

This is a very spacious home just 4 minutes from the beach, offering beautiful views and a variety of amenities for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It boasts a prime location thanks to its scenic surroundings and, above all, its peaceful atmosphere.
There are 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a shaded double garage.
It features automated air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living/dining room, keeping the house cool and comfortable at all times; however, there is no air conditioning in the sofa bed area.

The gated community features security, a pool area, and a palapa (subject to separate rules).
All our guests have access to the condominium’s shared pool and palapa area, however, the complex’s regulations—which are separate from those of our accommodation—limit the total number of people in that area to 8 per house. It is very important that if you are travelling with more than 8 people, you respect this rule to avoid being reprimanded by the condominium’s security staff.
