Club Santiago- Casa Hermoso
Reserve la casa desde marzo para pasar año nuevo con mi familia y nunca me mandaron información del ckeck in, les mande mensaje y les deje varios mensajes de voz y nunca se comunicaron conmigo. Tuve que comunicarme con vrbo para que me regresaran mi dinero.

Las Hadas By Brisas
Room was nice, staff was helpful and friendly, food was good. Only complaint would be that the sand was full of tar. I know this is something the hotel cant control but maybe they import some in order to keep their 5 star ratimg

Barceló Karmina All Inclusive
This was a fantastic vacation location. The food was great, so many pools to choose from, the rooms were clean and well taken care of. Felt very safe on the resort. Loved the bed! Wish I knew what mattress it was because I need a new one.
