"We used this hotel as a stopover before joining a cruise. For that purpose it was fine. The room was basic clean and provided an excellent place to sleep. Reception staff varied - on arrival extremely helpful good English very pleasant. On departing in the morning poor English and could not be bothered. Breakfast was adequate continental- more than enough to fill up prior to boarding. Best part of the hotel is its extreme proximity (100m) to the train station. We flew into Rome then used the train to the hotel - cost 13 Euros having purchased ticket at the info desk whilst waiting for luggage. 6 euros for bus to the terminal - bus stop less than 100 m from hotel. All in all the perfect stop over hotel pre cruise."
