"Very strong smell of mould when u enter the house. Very tired. Some windows not shutting properly. Some random car parking in our parking space. Great location. Wonderful to have the family all together for a funeral "

"We just needed a spoy to crash and recover after a long journey to start our NZ holiday. The location was perfect. An easy walk over to the botanical gardens, and nice trails. Friendly neighbors. Accommodations met our needs. "

"The house just didnt feel clean My kids woke up the next morning with itchy bites from sleeping in the bed. The pressure from the shower was piss poor. The whare wasnt aired out before our stay which left a horrible smell. It was cold the only heating we had was a standard plug in heater which didnt heat much area up . Only one 3 seater couch which felt uncleaned . Wouldnt stay here again tbh"

"Worst place to stay.. fake listing considered as fraudulent. You do not get entire house as listed. Host and his family stay in the house. Noisy and talking at late night. Not suppose to use as the rental accommodation if host and whole family still live in the house especially with noisy children "

"Absolute joke, false advertising!!!! No where on LISTINGS does it say you are sharing a downstairs house with multiples, more like back packers. One person just ooend the door while we were un dressing, we actually checked out 3 days earlier and took a loss and booked elsewhere. 7 day booking and your expected to use the same towel, freezing cold with no heater and not enough linen. Loud noise upstairs till 4am, they set an alarm when they leave and dont advise you so your sitting inside with a...
