"The hotel was great. Stayed in a Signature Bungalow for 5 nights. Great location. Breakfast was good. 5 or 6 options on the menu. Good coffee, juice & water. The staff made the stay great. Especially Robert and Moy. My only complaint was the check in process we arrived from San Jose by car 3.5 hour drive. Arrived at the Hotel at 2pm, check in is 3pm. The young woman working reception told us that the bungalow was still being cleaned.. which was not true, I walked over and looked. No early check in. Unbelievable! The hotel was not booked plenty of vacancy. Slow rainy season. Reception made us wait until after 3 to check in. Never offered to take are bags and store them while we explored town. My opinion is reception needs better customer service skills/people skills. Reception is the first people you typically meet at a hotel. Further, there are sooo many places to stay in Manual Antonio. "

"The hotel is close to the Manuel Antonio National Park and the city of Quepos, therefore it offers not only the privilege of being literally at walking distance from the park and the beach, but also surrounded of tens of restaurants that combine the authentic Costa Rican cuisine with international influences. It is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the local wonders."

The rooms were nice and clean, the grounds were beautiful and well kept, the food at the restaurant was very good, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff helped us arrange tours and transportation, and gave us several good recommendations for places to see and eat. We would definitely stay here again."

Our personal concierge, Catalina, made everything effortless. Alessio, our dinner waiter, and Anthony, who took care of us at breakfast, were equally wonderful, warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Their care isn’t just part of their job, but it’s who they are as people. Because of them, we felt immersed in Costa Rican hospitality and culture in a way that words can’t quite capture. Catalina helped us plan amazing excursions: a guided tour of Manuel Antonio, a 90 minute couples massage on-site, and a breathtaking waterfalls tour that became one of our favorite memories. With only about 20 guests on the property, everything felt intimate and serene. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, upgraded to a beautiful room, and made to feel at home right away. And then there’s La Luna, the on-site restaurant that completely blew us away. After trying several restaurants in the area, this was easily our favorite. Thank you Alessio for all the wonderful"
