I stayed a weekend in this 5 star hotel and my experience was amazing. From the minute you arrive the staff will make you feel like a VIP guest. At the front desk Melanie Moreira did everything for us to have an absolutely awesome stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome at all times. There are lots of places to walk to nearby to get food, the area is safe and near the Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murciélago. The pool is so spacious and safe for kids in the shallow area, sunsets by the pool are stunning and it’s a must to get they specialty cocktails at the pool bay. I will definitely come back to 5 star hotel. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your excellent customer service and for making my family vacation so special!

I asked for the free drinks that I was offered and had to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me that they had no ice. I was tired of waiting and hot. I was waiting outside and it was pretty hot. We were 4 people and they only gave us one key so we had to be together all the time otherwise in the room we had no electricity.

The Executive Suite we rented was very nice, came with a jacuzzi tub which stopped working properly on the second day of our 2 day trip. But the room was great, no problem there. What I disliked was that I have asked the hotel 2 days prior to our arrival, to accommodate us with some flowers because of a birthday why we went there for the first place, and they said they could not! I did not ask it for free, but the fact that they could not arrange that in 2 days kind of blew my mind. That was very disappointing, but I have found a way in about 10 minutes to get some flowers from somewhere else for a loved one. Fortunately we checked in with the only receptionist who speaks English in the hotel, she was great. But a lot of things went wrong from sagging sofa, broken ironing board, not working refrigerator to not being able to provide me with a pen in the whole hotel! If I want to sum it up, our stay was about a 3 out of 5. For the price we paid there are better ones there.
