"The check in was quick since it was prepaid. Front desk staff was super friendly. The pool is not warm although it's indoors. The jets in the king suite was weak and it takes a long time for the hot water to get hot. But a plus was the bed being super quiet. Husband and I loved that 😍 "

The concierge service or customer service at the front desk was awesome. The people who do room service, we talked to them in the hall and asked them to do things to the room such as vacuum, they said they would and did not. We stayed three nights in a row "
