Property offers breakfast facilities in communal kitchen. This included milk that had gone off having passed its use by date, one huge communal yogurt pot, jam jars that had had multiple users. I want my own clean, fresh provisions, and for the price would expect decent quality. A power blackout revealed absence of emergency lighting and torches. There were a few candles, but no matches or lighters. Door to communal area did not fit tightly and noise passed through the gaps, it would be possible to peep through a gap between the door and the frame. No off-street parking. At least the bed was comfortable.

Hi Paul, Its was extremely unfortunate that you experienced a power outage during your stay at Harbour. It was the first time we have lost power and it exposed that we hadn't planned well for this events. I understand Michelle delivered candles and torches early in the evening, I hope that made things a little easier. I'm very sorry to hear the milk was past its used by date, that should never happen. We provide many items in the kitchen so people can cook a full breakfast or dinner if they wish, I'm sorry the shared resources weren't to your liking. It such a shame your stay at Harbour wasn't up to your expectations, we do try hard to create great memories for our guests. Kindest regards Craig

Property was good and clean , the cleaner was very helpful , you guys should give the code to the room alot earlier to the renter . Ps didn't like a person making his breakfast at 5am in the kitchen before he went to work waking everybody up .
