"Our three-generation family has an annual end-of-summer event in combination with a birthday celebration. This was one of our most memorable stays. The kayaking a mere 50 feet or so from the back deck (at high tide) was awesome. This 1940s house has a lot of built-in cabinets which was interesting and the house felt roomy. The view from the back of the house and deck was awesome. The evenings were very peaceful and quiet on the deck. The upper floor and basement have bedrooms so for senior citizens or anyone with mobility challenges then navigating the narrow. steep staircases may be a consideration. Sadly, the upstairs bathroom does not have a shower. The basement is a new-ish remodel with a super bathroom including a shower. The kids enjoyed the activities in the basement with its huge TV. I have sent recommendations to the property management company that ant traps should be renewed. Ants in the kitchen were a minor issue...almost a non-problem except that we did see some. I have also recommended that someone replace the one missing kayak paddle, the one broken kayak paddle, and the broken paddle board paddle. Given the situation, we took turns using the kayaks and paddleboards and everyone had a great time."

"Where do I start? We absolutely loved this place! The views! Relaxation! Peace and serenity. This Pebble Beach Villa comfortably housed 9 members of my family for 5 nights. It has everything you need plus more. It was clean, spacious, inviting, lots of natural light and there are views in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill made wonderful burgers and grilled corn, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, the yard is beautiful with fruit trees, the many balconies are so inviting with incredible views and super comfy furniture… I could go on. We have already made our reservation for next year. Lara was an amazing host, responding to my questions and messages within minutes, sometimes seconds. She was very professional, helpful and made us feel so very comfortable, and also very knowledgeable about the area with restaurant and entertainment recommendations galore!! We highly recommend this amazing house and all it, and the host, has to offer. We didn’t want to leave!"
