"Management was nothing less than a nightmare that refused in the most nasty and verbally abusive manner to accommodate my disability which they guaranteed on the phone prior. Most greedy and fraudulent hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The General Manager yelled at me for over 2 hours for even having a back problem and refused to return my advance payment before check in.
