Beautiful bright apartment in Andalusian style on the second floor with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea; ideal location, 750 metres walking distance from the beach and 1.5 kilometres from the magnificent port of La Duquesa.



The apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with an Italian shower) has a large terrace of 25 m² (equipped with a table, chairs and an outdoor lounge) accessible from the living room and the main suite), south-east facing and offering an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea.



The property is particularly comprehensive, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a Wi-Fi connection (+ Smart TV).
