Nice location

I requested for toiletries but staff said they ran out of toothbrush etc. Staff were courteous but I hope they should keep their inventory well stocked.

便利な所

空港からは遠いですが、すぐそばにフィッシャーモール、ジョリビー、チョウキンがあり、隣はセブンという便利なロケーションです。 宿泊した時にエアコンに不具合があり、2回ルームチェンジになりましたが、どんどんグレードダウンしたのが残念でした。英語力があれば返金言ったのに！

When in QC, this is the only hotel that I prefer to stay at. Staff is very friendly, personable, and attentive to your needs/requests. I stay here every chance I get when visiting the Philippines. My only wishes were that the rooms were a little larger, breakfast were included on hotels.com/expedia.com, and a few smoking rooms. Laundry services are outstanding and their concierge service is even better than the classier hotels in Manila. Need something specific?...they'll get it for you. Excellent hotel and staff.
