I've stayed here many times, the only negative point is, it's very noisy early in the morning due to jeepneys using the road in the front. Otherwise it's okay because it's a short ride to the middle of the town. I've been here so many times.

Great hotel in Manila, on a busy main road but quiet enough in room. AC at perfect level. Friendly and helpful staff. `Close to a lot of the touristy spots. Rooms are clean and spacious and well stocked for the price. Real Bargain. Be aware there are 6 floors with no Elevator. The only negatives are more on Manila, you are a 10-15 minute walk from the station over uneven ground around missing pavements. Common in most areas of Manila. Ride a jeepney, they go by every minute to save time and money. The area seems safe, but is intimidating at night, no/limited street lights. Thats all part of the fun of Manila. Not to be missed.

The units were clean and spacious enough although stairs were good exercise. The area was a poor area with many beggars in the area and rats scurrying around close by. Interesting experience to travelling Philippines especially Manila

I like that the stuff had good hospitality, frinedly, the rooms arebjust amazing with its balcony. The TV chanells. All in all, it was perfect and amazing accommodation. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks ao much.

Their Site States That They Have a Coffee Shop / Cafe AND A RESTRURANT !!! Also Mentions They Have Breakfast for 202 to 800 Ph. THEY HAD NONE OF THESE !!! This Was a Main Reason For Choosing This Place in the First Place.

The restaurant was closed even though there are pics of it in the listing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The cable has no english speaking channels - but the next hotel had many. Malate was overhyped as a happening place. It had a sketchy feel in many places. I might have walked thru a crime scene the first day. Shanty town just a few blocks away. But it is a bargain and clean inside the property.

Nothing unique about the place. It was once an okay place before the pandemic, they seem like trying to cut costs, had a restaurant and much more knowledge on how to run a hotel business but now it seems like they are struggling, and the housekeeping was done by mainly ladies which is now done by young men.

My stay was nice at the hotel, it’s just few things to mention, when I enter the room was very clean and nice but when I enter the toilet I thing they forgot to check the Toilet to flush there’s some falling hairs there but it’s okay,’sometimes small things can’t see. The noise outside when the jeep started to operate was very annoying early morning you can really wake just because of that. And lastly I hope you provide stirrers also for the coffee hehehe. But my stay is nice and the staffs are very welcoming. Keep it up, will be checking in again in the future and also very recommendable to others. Goodluck and more power!

I stayed in Leez Inn between the days of 12 and 13th of January. This hotel had a very pleasing and nice staff. Very accommodating, also helpful in terms of service and considering the guests. Although I suffer from a disability, due to which I'm not so good to walk with an injury in my foot, the staff was kind enough to give me a room on the second floor with an amazing small balcony (all floors come with). I was saved by their decision, because it's very difficult for me to climb steep stairs without getting my feet hurt. The staff understood my problem and made it my own. I was also pleasantly surprised about the room, as it exceeded my expectations in terms of size and comfort. There's a TV with cable (digibox?) channels, that gives you a range of Philipino shows to western movies, a small balcony that allows you to grab fresh air when you need to and a water heater that allows you to make your own coffee and tea inside the room. This is absolutely one of the most best rooms and hotels I've stayed in during my time in Manila. Especially for this price. I recommend this hotel for any traveller who wants to have a private location with a view on the street and a comfortable double bed to sleep in after a long day of walking around and seeing Manila. I think if this won't satisfy your expectations, you need to look much further outside the city center or Malate to find a hotel that will match this one in comfort and location. This is your choice if you're staying in Malate.

Frustrated at the Inn.
Reservations paid in advance for December 2-5, 2019. Reservations was for Delux with 2 Single Beds. Several delayed/rescheduled flights. I arrived at the hotel December 4th around 2:30 am. Receptionist Katherine Jandog informs me that the only available room has a single bed. So basically, the room that I paid for was given away to some else. I asked her why was the room given away. NO explaination. NO answer. Trying to dodge the question. She tries to accommodate me or let's say inconvenience me, she attempts to check their sister hotel for a room. NONE Available. I wanted a refund. She says "sorry it's non-refundable". Why? I paid for a room in full and I'm not getting the room I paid for. Why wouldn't I get a refund. I want to speak with your manager. Oh she comes in at 7 am. Being tired from rescheduling of flights and it is almost 4 am, I just took the room that was available. Processing the room, receptionist say, I need PHP 1,500 for security deposit. That was not happening.

I was not able to make my flight due to the Hurricane/Tropical Storm. That affected the region i resin the USA. Well within and under 8hrs of booking reservations for this property. Contacted the travel agency to alert the property. In order to make more efficient contact and negotiate either rescheduling my reservation dates. As soon as a new flight schedule was provided to me. Or they could ask for the full refund which should have been awarded according to policy. The Expedia travel agency reached out numerous occasions. Well within the allotted time as I called them religiously over the following 72hr period for updates. Only to be told well over 120hrs later. That the alleged "Senior Staff" denied to grant either of the requests made. Stating they docked me as a "no show." When it is on record that I had reported and called my situation in well within the allotted time. As they seem to not understand the USA is a day behind the world over there. Also, my flight had yet to even break the US air zone. Or cross the international timezone the time of my call. Being a Veteran of the Armed Forces and serving in multiple humanitarian operations that struck the country there. You would think an establishment of that nation would be more considerate and understanding to circumstances as such. Not just rob patrons of their hard earned money, and not even attempt. To try to accommodate them for services they paid for. No, they will just steal and rob you of profits not earned. Unet

New botique hotel, clean and pleasant service.
The place looks modern and bed is comfortable and it's a new building. They are a a chique lounge area. They only serve American breakfast which is good. The only problem bis that walang elevator. It has 4 levels. We were at 2nd flr at road side pa, it's the only available room kc fully booked sila. Overall look maganda botique feels and the room was sparkling clean, room smells nice as well. Walang masyadong can na dumadaan but you can always go for grab. Banks are near, puregold, malayo ung convenient stores.

staff is wonderful and very professional, with no elevator the trek to the 5th floor can be tedious.....construction nearby makes a mess of the street. the dining area was much nicer my last stay as well, breakfast is still enjoyable. disappointing the hotel no longer has a designated driver.

I actually love the room. It was spacious and clean. It is the staff that bothered us. Upon checkout, we were being asked to pay for 2 beers in can which we informed them we did not order. They insisted that it was us who ordered, the staff (who was playing video games outside), insisted that it was us. I said no and they "detained" us for almost 20 mins until finally, a staff approached and apologized for the mix-up. Unacceptable.
