Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host was terrible, the check in is 4 pm but at midnight we are still in the lobby because the host didn’t give us any instruction how to access the room that we booked and paid. The excuse of the host was because she is overseas and the host is very arrogant, instead of asking excuses, she was telling us that it was not her fault if we were still in the lobby past midnight. The phone number provided online nobody is answering. Host zero zero communication. I will never booked again and never recommended it to anyone. And it should be banned in Expedia and other online flat form. I am also planning to consult a lawyer for what happened to us. Avoid this host at any cost and it should be bring to court!
