The breakfast was excellent - good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Were not very happy with the cockroach infestation. It was not resolved the whole time we were there even after moving to another room. Toilet fixtures need to be updated.

Bathroom overflows in the shower area....

The Bathroom shower floods and slow drainage. Body wash and shampoo dispenser was broken (informed them bu phone but seems not care to bother)....you need to change it. Have to ask for body wash refill and shampoo and was given travel size replacements. Very friendly staff tho. Internet Wifi was good.....

I have been staying in Brentwood Suites whenever I go for vacation back home in Philippines. Overall, the place and staff are excellent. That is why I keep coming back. There was only one thing I can comment on this recent stay. I went to reception to borrow a pair of scissors that I could use quickly. I was told they never lend out a pair of scissors. That was disappointing.

King room was nice, Staff excellent, services excellent. However, it appears that maintenance left the ceiling cover above the exhaust fan adjar and we had roaches in the room. Over the 2 days we stayed, we killed about 5-6 roaches in the room. The morning we checked out there was a roach in the bathroom... I didnt bother to kill it, left for the housekeeping to see. That way, they would understand this review.
