Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk and guard were very helpful especially with my heavy luggages. I was assigned Room 201, and found out later that the room phone did not work. I had to go downstairs to order dinner which was brought to my room in a timely manner. Food was not bad. The room seemed clean. I could not sleep because I could hear other guests in the hallway and the traffic noise outside was really bad. I dozed off but woke up at around 2am and saw a bug crawl under the bed. I also had a couple of bites on my right cheek, right arm and right thigh. I immediately packed up everything. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was outside my room and she called the guard to help me with my luggages. Front desk called for a GRAB service and I was off to the airport at 4am even if my flight was not til 10am. I could not get out of there fast enough!
