La Maison des Bois - Avec Parking Privé

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of La Clusaz, this charming studio refurbished in May 2022, with ski resort accessible on foot at 100 meters, of a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers (comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- In the entrance two single bunk beds (80x190) built into the wall (suitable for children).
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture (portable solar lighting) to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in La Clusaz in the heart of the Croix Fry mountain, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit in the vicinity in La Clusaz, Merdassier and Manigod of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tourist sites : La Clusaz (10min), Manigod (5min), Merdassier (5min), Annecy and its lake (30min) and Geneva (1h15).
- Sporting activities: In summer you have access to the outdoor swimming pool in Merdassier, 5 minutes away by car (access at a cost of 3€ for adults, 2€ for children), as well as numerous walks/hiking or cycling/biking trails 30 metres from the studio. In winter you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, snowboarding, dog sledding...
- Events : Music festival in June at the top of the Cabeau head and many festivities to see directly with the tourist office of Manigod and La Clusaz.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private and secured car park (access with code) of the flat, which can accommodate 1 to 2 vehicles.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus shuttle in winter period.
- Nearest train station: Annecy train station located at about 50 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport located at about 1h13 by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the flat.
- Easy access to our flat by stairs from the back of the building, ski room on the mezzanine.
