This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect property for a weekend get-away or month-to-month rental. Enjoy breathtaking view of Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball, a prime location when attending any K-State sporting event. Walking distance to Via Christi Hospital and easy access to Seth Childs and Tuttle Creek Blvd. Just minutes from NBAF (National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility) and the college campus.

Game weekend

This property was amazing! Clean and welcoming and an absolutely perfect place for my family to stay for the KSU game. We loved being so close to the stadium and having a nice space to hang out and relax. I hope we can stay there again next football season.

KSU Visit

I came to stay to visit my daughter at KSU. The place was perfect! It is a great location to everything we needed. It was close to her dorm as well. It was quiet and very clean. It was great to have the washer and dryer so I could do some laundry for my daughter as well! We had an issue with the internet but I texted with Leslie and we got it all figured out. It was the perfect place to stay. I will definitely stay again.
