Worst place I have ever stayed in manhattan kansas. Dirty, made me feel gross, A/C broke, we moved to 3 different rooms in our 3 day stay. I have been dealing with getting a refund and the management staff is rather rude and blames these problems on other staff members. Won’t be staying here again for sure.

Bed was comfortable, staff at the checkin was very pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was fine. Room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was very limited. No yogurt, no butter, no juice! We were told the truck had not arrived. The bacon, sausages, peppers and scrambled eggs were all served in the same greasy skillet. No biscuits for the sausage gravy.

I came for breakfast at 7:15 and there crumbs of eggs and gravy left as well as lukewarm coffee. The desk clerk spent her time smoking out front instead of checking on levels of food. I also had to go through cabinets to find forks and spoons.

The pool is under construction and can't be used. The location is not walkable at all. East. Poyntz is really Highway 24. Fine if you have a car.

Room smelled of smoke even though it's a non-smoking facility. Pool closed for season. Dog poo on front sidewalk.

We had a large group of guest from the rodeo that was in town. Some of those guest had horse trailers and made a mess. The issue was taken care of as soon as we noticed it. Surrounding property is unkept. It sure could use a bit of sprucing up. We asked for a king size bed but got what feels like a full size. Breakfast selection is good.

Ok but there are better choices!
The hotel is in an isolated area. It looks ok from the outside but the inside is outdated and kind of run down. The front desk lady was not real friendly and seemed to struggle. The room too was very outdated. When the room above us turned on their shower it was extremely loud. Sounded like they were in our bathroom!

No elevator made me not crazy about the facility. If you have issues with stairs - be sure to ask for a first floor room - Then you will enjoy your stay

The property is very dated, but maintained clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and professional. Of course we booked during a college football home game so the price was a good 2x what it should be.

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Room could have been cleaner. Mattress has seen better days and pillows were lumpy. Motel was not well soundproofed, so noise from hallways and sidewalks outside was intrusive.

The property was surrounded by overgrown weeds and I had to page the concierge twice before someone was able to show up. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it smelled bad and the carpet was ripped. We could not find a remote to the TV in our room. We were somewhat near the front desk so we heard a lot of noise all night.
