Pictures are not accurate! Place is a dump!

There was no hot water, no real curtains in the room. Being a girl alone this was scary at night. my friend actually broke her foot trying to walk down the steep hill. I am happy to provide proof. I didn’t have a blanket. No food or drinks service were provided during the week, only on the weekend. My room smelled like mold. I felt unsafe because the lock wasn’t secure.

La peor experiencia No era la habitación que reserve, según las fotos de expedia. Tenía ducha no tina. Al día siguiente a las 7am unos trabajadores se subieron al balcón de mi habitación a arreglarlo, increíble! Ósea no pude disfrutar de la vista. No reservation could be found by staff. Showed us a room that they claimed still needed to be cleaned at 5:00. The room was not just needing to be cleaned, it needed to be sprayed for bugs. My husband accidentally stepped on a massive one crawling on the floor. We were absolutely fine with the lost reservation. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful!

Terrible

We chose a room with bathroom, but they forgot to mention that the bathroom was outside the room. There was no toilet paper, the shower was broken, and the bed sheets were dirty. One of the curtains did not work, and the other curtain was not even a real curtain. The AC had tape all over it so that it wouldn’t fall apart. The bed which was supposedly cleaned before our arrival had sand beneath the sheets. Terrible place, also too loud. We could hear everything that was going on in the entire building.
