"Perfect location to MIT campus, Westfield or rainbows end. Staff lovely and helpful. Towels and coffee topped up everyday. Fully self contained. Only thing negative is that the windows above the beds near the hallways - has blinds but light still gets through and lights are on all night - couldn’t sleep first night, however I purchased a sleep mask the next day. Apartment well presented and clean (except the light switches could be cleaned better) Will stay again"

"We stayed here at the beginning of our holiday and accidentally left a pair of headphones behind. The hotel kindly called us after checkout and I told them we would be returning at the end of our holiday, and they held them safely for us. When we checked back in, we completely forgot to ask about them! The lovely staff remembered and actually came up to our room and knocked on the door to personally return them to us. It’s such a small thing, but that level of care and attention really stood out. Thank you to the wonderful staff for going the extra mile and making us feel so well looked after. Excellent service!"

"Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. The shower pressure isn't great but there was plenty of hot water. The main downside and the reason we didn't give 5 stars was the lack of cooking equipment. No spatulas, spoons or anything really to cook food with, most pots with no lids, and a minimum of cutlery. Six people would be sharing forks. :) Would also have appreciated a drying rack for dishes and something to clean them with other than a teeny weeny pot scrubber. Overall though, a good stay, with plenty of off street parking."
