Staff was really great, housekeeping especially helpful. rooms were very clean, no microwave or freezer/fridge but decent amenities otherwise including tv channels that actually work which is hard to find in NZ.

Breakfast delicious.

First time staying here and we were very impressed. The lady that checked us in, was also there on checkout and remembered our name and room number. It's little things like this that make an impression. The room was spacious and very clean. The whole hotel was impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Was a great place to stay! Everyone at Reception was amazing, and so helpful. Peter went above and beyond an was really personable I loved that. There was also anoth guy at reception with a couple of small tattoos (I just can’t remember his name sorry) and he was also amazing and had amazing customer service! The clean staff were so lovely to when getting up and leaving in the morning they were very welcoming and always said hey or good morning
